Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

1. Compliance Guarantees
   
   
   • All cups comply with FDA food contact safety standards (safe for hot/cold beverages, free of harmful chemicals like BPA).
   • All electric kettles meet CPSC electrical safety regulations (overheat protection, auto-shutoff feature, non-slip base) and are Prop 65 compliant.
   • All storage racks meet CPSC stability standards (anti-tip design for tall models, load capacity labeling) and are free of toxic coatings.
     
     
     Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., cup size, kettle heating speed, storage rack color).
   • Damages caused by improper product use or assembly (e.g., cups used in microwave without microwave-safe labeling, kettles used without water causing burnout, storage racks assembled without all hardware).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., beverage spills from a dropped cup, food spoilage from delayed kettle delivery) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
   • Injuries or damages caused by using electric kettles without following safety instructions (e.g., touching hot surfaces, using with damaged cords).
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage
   
   
   • Cup: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (chips from production, glaze cracks); excludes damage from misuse or accidental drops.
   • Electric Kettle: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (faulty heating elements, broken auto-shutoff switches); excludes wear from regular use or electrical damage from power surges.
   • Storage Rack: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (bent bars, faulty hardware); excludes damage from overloading or improper assembly.
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct cup size, shipping address details). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions (e.g., do not boil dry electric kettles, follow weight limits for storage racks, check microwave-safe labeling for cups).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, safety guides, assembly instructions) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Arizona.
4. These terms are governed by Arizona state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
