Shipping Policy
We offer specialized shipping for home & kitchen essentials to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). PO box shipping is available for cups and small storage racks; electric kettles require a physical delivery address for electrical safety compliance.

- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day), shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We recommend ordering 1 week in advance for timely delivery.
- Packaging Protection: Cups are wrapped in individual foam sleeves and packed in reinforced boxes; electric kettles are secured with shock-absorbent padding to protect electrical components; storage racks are packed in flat boxes with hardware sealed in labeled bags.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over **$45** (contiguous U.S.). For orders under $45 and non-contiguous U.S. locations, fees are as follows:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns.
Order Tracking & Delivery Notes
- Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. For electric kettles, the email includes a digital copy of the CPSC electrical safety certificate for reference.
- Delivery Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For damaged packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Address Changes: Address changes requested before shipping are free (one change per order). Post-shipping address changes incur a $8.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays.
